Our pieces are made-to-order with trusted production partners, then shipped directly to you from their nearest facility. This helps us keep quality high and waste low.

Most orders are processed and made within 3–5 business days, then shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but most customers in the U.S. receive their order in 7–14 business days total. For detailed timelines, check our Shipping Policy at the bottom of the site.

Right now we mainly ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., keep an eye on us—more regions are coming soon.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, double-check your spam/junk folder.

Because our hoodies are made to order, changes and cancellations are only possible for a short window after purchase. If you need to adjust something, email us as soon as possible via the Contact page and we’ll do our best to help.

Our hoodies have a relaxed, unisex oversized fit—perfect for layering and that laid-back city vibe. If you’re between sizes and want a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

Every product page includes a size guide with measurements. Use a hoodie you already love as a reference and compare the measurements.

We do our best to show true colors and details in our product photos. However, screen settings and lighting can cause slight differences in color in real life.

We want you to love your 75 South piece. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within the timeframe listed in our Shipping / Returns Policy and we’ll review it. Because everything is made to order, some items may have limited return options.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, contact us with your order number and clear photos and we’ll make it right.

Since our products are printed just for you, traditional exchanges are limited. In many cases you may need to place a new order for the correct size. Check our Shipping / Returns Policy for full details or contact us so we can walk you through options.

For the longest life:

- Turn inside out
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on the print

With proper care, your print is made to last. Normal wear over time is expected, but following the care instructions helps keep your graphic looking crisp.
